What products does VisualTell offer?
We offer a wide range of print products including business cards, stickers, paper bags, banners, packaging, large format prints, and event materials. If you are not sure whether we print what you need, just drop us a message and we will let you know.
How do I place an order?
You can browse our products on the website and submit your order directly. Prefer to talk it through first? Just reach out to us on WhatsApp and our team will guide you from there.
Do you accept custom print requirements?
Yes. If your project falls outside our standard product listings, we are happy to discuss custom options. Get in touch with us and share your requirements and we will see what we can do.
What file format should I send my artwork in?
We recommend submitting your artwork as a PDF with all fonts embedded and images at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. If you are unsure, send us what you have and our team will advise.
What happens if my artwork is not print ready?
If there are any issues with your file, we will flag them before proceeding. We want your prints to come out right, so we will always check with you before sending anything to press.
Do you offer design services?
Our focus is on printing, but if you need help getting your artwork to a print ready state, reach out and we can advise on the best way forward.
How long does production take?
Standard lead time is 7 to 10 working days from artwork approval. Shorter turnarounds may be available depending on the product and current production schedule. Contact us for a rush quote if you need it sooner.
Do you deliver islandwide in Singapore?
Yes, we deliver across Singapore. Delivery details and charges will be confirmed at the time of your order.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes, self collection is available. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time before coming down.
What is your policy on reprints or quality issues?
We take full accountability for every order that leaves our facility. If there is a print defect or error on our end, we will arrange a reprint. Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
What happens if my artwork is not print ready?
